Levende formue (“living wealth”) is a small Generative UI demo. You ask an AI agent about a (fictional) portfolio, and the agent answers with charts and tables right in the app. You can also just click. The app follows both ways. It takes 2 minutes, and there is no login.
What is Generative UI?
An AI chat normally answers with text. Here the agent answers with real UI: a chart, a table, a detail card. And it works both ways. The agent knows what you clicked, so you can ask “what is the IRR on it?”.
What you need
- A computer. The demo is built for a wide screen, not for mobile.
- No login and no API key.
- About 2 minutes.
Open the demo
You see a DKK 250m portfolio with performance, allocation and holdings on the left and a chat on the right. All names and figures are made up.
Ask
Type in the chat, or tap the suggestion This year:
Show me how my investments have developed this year
The agent updates the chart and the table and tells you what did best and worst.
Click
Click Nordlys Robotics in the table. The detail card opens right away, and the agent comments on your click in the chat.
Use a suggestion
Tap How does it compare with the other startups?. The agent filters the table and highlights startups in the chart.

Close the details and show the allocation
The agent closes the card and shows the allocation as a donut.
Click without the agentOptional
Turn off Agent comments on click at the top. Now clicks only update the screen, and the agent answers only when you ask.
Good to know
- The public demo runs in demo mode. The agent is a fixed script, not a language model. It understands a range of questions in Danish and English.
- If you get the code, you can plug in a real model with your own API key.
- Everything is fictional. It is not investment advice, and nothing you type is stored.

The code is open source under the MIT licence: Next.js 16, CopilotKit v2 and AG-UI. The README shows how clicks and prompts share the same typed actions.
